ANew Blueprint started with a simple belief: There’s Always Another Way.
For over a decade, I served as a school leader and founder. My leadership journey was filled with both successes and challenges, and it was often shaped by the latest “best practices” in pursuit of providing students with a great education.
I know how much time and energy leaders invest trying to bring about change. But new initiatives, “best practices,” and even innovative ideas are often no match for the true complexities of leading organizations like schools.

Anew Blueprint was born out of my belief that there’s always another way to accomplish a goal. Often, that way requires understanding our organizations differently, confronting hard truths, and working together to identify next steps that can actually move the work forward.
My work draws on my experience as a school leader, coach, and consultant who has had the privilege of working with leaders across the country. It has also been shaped by extraordinary networks of friends, colleagues, and mentors as an alum of TFA and New Leaders, and most recently, my doctoral studies in Organizational and Educational Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania.
